With over a decade of experience working in both home-based and school settings, Melissa bring a unique combination of professional expertise and genuine passion for child development. Level 2 and 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications, as well as a CACHE Level 3 in Home-Based Childcare (CYPOP5). Fully trained in Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding, ensuring that every child in our care is safe, supported, and nurtured.
